However, in my humble opinion, no one should pay any fee for getting health information about his success story. Anyway, there is hope for us!

  Pearly penile papules treatment - pearly penile papules Even if pearly penile papules are benign, asymptomatic and natural (they require no therapy), a lot of people (like me) want them to be removed (with good cosmetic result of course) in order to alleviate anxiety and to be more confident when we want to go with a woman.

The references on the Internet mention that ablation using carbon dioxide laser have been successful. Also, electrodesiccation with curettage and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions. It should be noted that mixed results have been noted with cryotherapy. Topical application of podophyllin largely has been ineffective.

Conclusion, I think the best way to go is CO2 laser but im not a doctor so, consultation may prove useful.

I feel it is important to mention that they are harmless. These are tiny lumps, each about the size of a gain of salt (may vary about 1-3 mm), on your bell end. Lesions are generally are arranged circumferentially in one or several rows. Unfortunately, pearly penile papules are frequently misdiagnosed as genital warts but are merely a normal anatomical variant in men. They are not infectious and require no treatment.
