First of all the papules are discouraging in appearance. Is there any solution to remove these annoyances. I ask this because it makes intimate encounters extremely awkward in terms of oral sex.

Usually no treatment is required, but if cosmetic reasons are compelling, Laser surgery can be performed with good results and minimal side effects.

In reply to this, i have what we call sebaceous gland and they are ON the penis. Maybe you got both also (both ppp and sebaceous gland).
